Carling Cup

Well, it’s now been over a month since I last posted anything at Tottenham Chat due to personal circumstances. Good news is I’m now back and ready to share my thoughts again! I’m still looking for more writers to post content here though. Ever fancy yourself as a sports journalist?!

So, today it’s a short trip to the Emirates for a clash with out best buddies Arsenal (sarcasm of course!). It’s fair to say that this defeat has not affected us after a midweek 5-1 thrashing of Preston. Crouch finished with a superb hat-trick including a cheeky little back-heel that is a must see!

As I write this, we are 5-0 up against Burnley (who almost caused an upset against us in the Carling Cup last year of course). Today it’s Keane’s turn to impress going one better than Crouch, scoring 4. So that’s the fourth time this season that we’ve scored 5 in a match. Love it!

COYS!!

August 26, 2009

Huddlestone opened the scoring [...]
