Tottenham will finish in the top four – according to Hull boss Phil Brown that is.
From a neutral’s point of view you have probably seen a team in the top four this season, no doubt.
We didn’t apply ourselves from minute one or get close enough to Tottenham to keep ourselves in the game.
I thought there was a gulf between the two teams in terms of class, quality and the performance.
Every player on the field of play for Tottenham was outstanding. That’s one of the best performances I have seen in the Premier League.

Whereas I am hopeful we will enjoy a much better this year than we endured last season, I’m not sure we are ready for the top four quite yet.
In fact, I predict that the top four of United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool will remain unchanged this year – despite Man City’s attempts to buy themselves a slice of the action.
But, I also believe the gap is closing with ourselves, City, and Villa all chasing the leading pack. Realistically, we need to be aiming to finish at the top of this pile (aka 5th place). This I DO believe we are capable of.
It is very easy to get excited and over-ambitious after the perfect start to the season, but let us not forget that there are still 36 Premiership games to go.
Is 5th place a realistic target this season?
